Company history

The Relogix Company was founded in July 2005 by a Renova Capital direct investments fund.



2006
Opening of a 100,000 pallet logistics complex in the city of Pushkino, Moscow region. Complex at full capacity one year after launch setting a new record for Class A warehouses in Europe. Initial projects are launched in various market segments including: home furnishings, advertising materials, automobile parts and retail stores. First implementation of the pick-by-line method for working with retail stores in Russia. To this day, this represents the only successful implementation in a commercial warehouse. Large scale introduction of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) systems in storehouses. Relogix continues to utilize KPI systems with each client.



2007
Project launches in household appliances and fuels and lubricants. Successful launches in multiple large scale projects in such segments as FMCG (fast moving consumer goods), cosmetics and perfumery, and clothes and accessories. An animal control post is introduced in the storehouse. A project Saint Petersburg is launched and immediately takes on high profile clients in household appliances and electronics. Based on client reviews from 2007 to the present, Relogix’s warehouse complex in Saint Petersburg remains the efficient storehouse in the sector.



2008
2008 marked a year of development for Relogix. In part to rapid IT development, Relogix quickly gained market dominance. Storehouse occupancy rose to an all time maximum of 110%. Entrance into the automobile industry with multiple launches and increased performance in operations with retail outlets.



2009
Relogix develops a range of programs and implements anti-crisis measures for company clients. Expansion continues in FMCG and retail store segments.

Relogix know-how applied to personnel motivation:

  • Warehouses are supplied with equipment that allows any employee to quickly gauge his or her performance for a given work shift by accessing a terminal using their personal bar code.
  • With this innovative system an employee can easily find out how many operations he performed and how money he has earned for a particular shift. Performance statistics are calculated based not only on quantity, but also quality in accordance with the KPI system.
  • This approach has proven a great success: in as little as a month after introduction, efficiency increased by more than 1.5 times.
  • Within a period of three years, the company has gained practical experience in processing a wide range of goods, streamlined processes and formed a competent group of professionals. Since 2005, Relogix has remained a first fully transparent, legal and reliable Russian operator with a western approach to administration and quality control.
