Relogix specializes in complex and unique projects for different clients while forming a link in the chain between producer and consumer. A high quality of service, operations efficiency and reliable partner relations are key values at Relogix.
 

  • Quality – Key components of our service quality include: a personal approach to each client and coherence to European standards. At Relogix, we use a multilevel inspection system to insure quality service: responsible personnel at the warehouse provide the first level of oversight followed by a WMS system check, internal audit and inspection from the client. Yearly, Relogix successfully passes client inspections at more than 100 points from the physical state of the storehouse and equipment to the execution of individual operations. In total Relogix has passed 24 audits conducted by our clients’ international representatives. Relogix implemented a KPI system at all control points and follows the motto “what is measureable, is controllable.” KPI helps to measure the progress and quantify reaching goals as well as providing a way to make on the spot decisions that may influence the results of a task and shed light on possible risks.
     
  • Effective logistics - Efficient logistics is our specialty. Our goals are to optimize flow and costs while reducing client expenditure. Relogix solutions provide accuracy, flexibility and a range of options. We are happy to utilize solutions that have brought success to our partners. Our Company’s job is to allow our clients to focus on the development of their company and not on the logistics in the quickest, most efficient time.
     
  • Reliability – Relogix is a business of the larger Renova financial structure which includes the proprietor of Utkin Zavod’, Saint Petersburg – MLP. We have been able to fill a niche market without needing to attract sources of credit. Predictability, strong coherence to Russian law and a high standard for quality help us to achieve the best results for our partners as we continue to develop with them.
  • Expenditures – For many companies working in the consumer market, logistics often proves to be one of the largest expenditures. Generally the efficiency of a logistics system can be easily estimated by the final price of a service or good. Efficient logistics and quality operations allow the client to operate at more competitive prices. Inefficient logistics systems can lead to idle transport, re-grading of goods, shortages and increased expenditures which ultimately result in an increase in product price. Relogix is a professional operator with experience in a range of product groups. We are prepared to effectively modify systems in use and develop new technologies based on each of our client’s needs.
